This is my fourth or fifth stay at this location. I would not normally write another review, but the reason I am is that after my most recent stay, I found the hotel to be even cleaner than when I first stayed there. I had commented on the hallways be not so kept as the rooms and the elevator being rather dirty. Well, last week upon entering the hotel, I could tell immediately that the lobby was clean and organized. The hotel staff was most friendly and kind. Super polite! When I got into the elevator, I immediately noticed that they had actually cleaned it. The crevices and corners were free from dirt, sand and shoe soot. I was amazed and very pleased. My room was very clean, comfortable and well kept. A real bargain for the price indeed. The property is well cared for and seems to be well maintained. The owners obviously take pride in their establishment and of this I am glad. The property reflects it. The breakfast space is clean and the spread full of variety. A family would love it here! There's even a nice indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. The free internet service worked well. A great visit for me and a good location, especially if you want to be close to restaurants and shops. I have already booked by next stay here because of these added improvements. It's a great place to stay if you're on a budget and you're picky about cleanliness and comfort.
Very nice location. The motel sits on the edge of a small wooded area well away from the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely return for a longer stay.
We much enjoyed our time at this Sleep Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful -- especially the manager. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet, yet quite convenient. The breakfast was beyond what we had expected (it included eggs and link sausages, in addition to what one would normally expect). The indoor pool was pleasantly heated. The price was very good. We hope to stay again in the future, and we will certainly recommend this hotel to others who are visiting the area.

I'll start with the good then continue to the bad ... The check in guy was cool. He gave me a room on the 1st floor and I stayed 4 nights. The room was just big enough for 4 people 2 adult and 2 kids. The bathroom and shower were small but all we needed. The bathroom door was a sliding door and sucked you could hear everything right through it and if you closed it all the way it was hard to get opened again. There were lots of places right in walking distance such as dairy queen, golden coral, cracker barrel, kmart. Busch Gardens and the other places I was going was all within a few minutes also. So for that reason it was good. The indoor pool was almost always empty no matter what time of day it was so we had it almost always all to ourselves. The first night the water was nice and toasty and the room was good. The last night we were there though there was an Indian dude at the desk and the pool was a little warm because the A/C was on and it was 40 degrees outside and the room was so freezing that the swimming wasn't enjoyable because it was freezing in the pool room. I asked him to turn the A/C down so it wasn't so damn cold in there and he mumbled something did something with the thermostat and walked out. 10 minutes later I had to leave because it was just so cold in the room. The other nights when the other guy and blonde lady was at the desk the pool room was fine. The free breakfast was really good and had a good variety and made the stayy worthwhile. Breakfast is from 6:30am until 9:30am but people were still eating past that time. They had sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles and other stuff. Good selection and good breakfast. Lastly DO NOT STAY ON THE 1ST FLOOR if you go there. The people above us were so noisy you could hear them in the room loudly above us pacing the floor until about 11pm up until midnight. Also the door at the end of the hall on the first floor has a sign that states "door will be locked from 11pm until 7am" and IT'S NEVER LOCKED! You just pull on it anytime day or night and walk right in. You don't even need your hotel key card to get in. So if there are any bums living near there just open the door and enjoy a FREE breakfast anytime you like and while you're at it how about a night swim? LOL To sum it up don't stay on the first floor, stay for 1 maybe 2 nights, and enjoy the good free breakfast. That's all.
