We stayed here with four teenagers and used it as home base as we visited parks and other attractions. The resort units were very spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. We enjoyed several activities including mini golf, the pool, hot tub, ping pong, and fusball. We are already planning to go back.

"Bad Experience"

Seems like a nice resort, I just had an unpleasant experience. The resort check in staff although friendly are not efficient. I had to go back several times for them to get my swipe key programmed, they forgot to give me a parking pass. Too many trips in order to get settled. The suite was clean, our first night was great. The second day not so pleasant. Both of our bathrooms flooded, just not that great of experience after that. We checked out and left. I did get offered another room but after packing up everything it was better just to leave. I am also receiving one nights refund for the inconvenience.

My husband and I and another couple rented the 2 bedroom for 1 night while attending Howl-O-Scream. The check in process was quick and easy. The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. I wish we would've stayed longer to enjoy all the great amenities at the resort. I will definitely come back!

This property is SUCH a let down! We found it through VRBO but booked through an "agent". That agent gave us pretty good service but also gave us misinformation about what size unit we would have. But the biggest issue for us is the quality of the unit and housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. When we arrived, there was hair in the master bathtub and shower. That wasn't the end of the world, it just showed that the fixtures hadn't been well cleaned, but over the next few days, we discovered many other problems. There was a beer can left off our patio. I mentioned it three days ago but its still there lol. The dishwasher dispenser would not dispense soap. When we started looking at the kitchen utensils, they were all dirty in the drawers! Assuming housekeeping put them up dirty since the dishwasher didn't work properly. I used the provided blender to make tomato sauce and on the way to the stove, the bottom fell out making the biggest mess! It hadn't been assembled into the base properly. The tub and 3 sink stoppers do not work which makes it really hard to take a bath. The lamps in the Master Bedroom are the only light source. One was broken and would not turn on. We reported all this hoping it would be fixed but it was like dealing with Keystone Cops! The departments do not communicate with each other apparently. NOTHING has been fixed even though we've been here all week! By the way, this unit supposedly sleeps 6. It does have a washer and dryer but they are SO TINY! There is no way we can keep up our laundry for our family of 6 while we're here. The washer will hold 2 pair of adult jeans and 2 teeshirts at a time. They will give you a ONE TIME towel exchange but after that you have to launder your own which will take forever! They claim they have "free" wifi but I'd say its barely wifi! It kicks you off about a million times so unless you check before you use your phone, you'll be sucking down data while you're here. And the WORST thing is that you can hear every creak and grown from the unit above you. We been awakened each night by people upstairs walking in their unit. You can hear every step and it's a little scary!

My husband and I stayed in a king suite after getting a great deal from the hotels.com app for our one year anniversary! The suite was so nice and relaxing and came with a giant tub, two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living area/kitchen, a second bathroom, and a nice patio! My favorite feature was definitely the deep soaking tub (since I am currently VERY pregnant). The pool was so nice (we used the outside, didn't get a chance to try the inside but it looked nice). Every once in a while, a staff member would even come out and skim any little thing that had fallen into the pool, which kept the pool nice and clean. I had read some reviews about pushy timeshare salesmen, which you do speak to after checking in. Our saleswoman we spoke to, though, was very respectful and not pushy at all. We turned down booking a timeshare, and she respected our decision. If we were able to afford a timeshare or were interested in booking something like that, she is the type of person we would actually consider buying from! I had also read reviews about the condition of the rooms being dirty or outdated. The rooms seemed like they haven't had any new decorations or anything, but I thought our room was perfectly clean and nice! Overall, we had a great stay and a relaxing one year anniversary. I wish we could have stayed longer!
