The staff were definitely friendly and welcoming at every place we went in the park. Courteous, clean and plenty of space for everyone. The lazy river and wave pool were awesome too!

"Great Time"

Great water park with world class water slides. Definitely book with Reserve if it is cheaper, I had my tickets within an hour and was able to use them the same day I purchased them.

Tip: Try and eat before you get here, as the food at the park is kind of expensive and not very good, so you will save some money that way.

Tip: Make sure you either bring very little into the park or have an extra person not riding to watch your items. Lockers are extremely expensive to rent.

"Great ticket source!"
September, 2018
I got a great price for Water Country tickets on Reserve Williamsburg. Better than buying straight from Busch Gardens' website, which was a higher ticket price with a hefty service fee. I bought my tickets in two groups. When the second group had trouble processing, I called the customer service and they were able to quickly fix the problem and process my second purchase. I would definitely use Reserve Williamsburg again! The kids loved Water Country and can't wait to go back.

Tip: The price for a small locker was ridiculous (about $15 for the day). Bring cheap sandals/flip flops to walk between ride areas :-)

My 21 year old daughter wanted to go with US her parents! We took my 16 year old niece as well .WE all had a blast and played like kids. It was a great place to make memories.
The all day meal plan was great as well. We couldn’t even eat all that was offered. The girls took pizza for their ride home.

"If the lines don't kill you the hot asphalt will"

It was August. It was your typical 98 degree Virginia day. We had Park Hopper Passes for Busch Gardens and Water Country and wanted to spend the day at the Water Park. We got to Water Country at 11:30 AM and the lines were already 30+ people deep. The wave pool was over crowded. We couldn't find 4 chairs together anywhere except down in the little kids area, where we didn't have any little kids playing. We split up leaving my husband and I in the Lazy River while my boys went to get in line for slides. At 3 PM we met back up and my sons reported they had only ridden 2 slides during the 3.5 hours they were gone because the lines were ridiculous. Everyone of us had burnt feet from walking around barefoot on the hot walkways. We were all dehydrated and exhausted so we left and went back to our resort to enjoy the pool there. I will not be returning to Water Country in the future. If Park Hopper passes weren't cheaper than straight Busch Gardens passes on the site I bought them from I would have been very disappointed I wasted my money going to the water park.

I absolutely loved coming here. The slides were amazing and the staff was wonderful. The food lines were a little too long but that can be expected. The park is big enough to find a spot to sit and chill or have an absolute awesome time. I will highly return if I ever return to the area.

I live inWilliamsburg and had taken my kids every summer. Now I take my grandchildren. It’s fun. Monster slides or lazy river. Many attractions Lockers available. Restrooms very clean. No bugs. Although it’s designed for the kids and young adults, e everyone can have fun. It’s fun to see families from other States. The park provides great hospitality and security. Nice gift shop. Food available but pricey and not the greatest. Nice shaded places to eat. You can not bring your own food or drinks. Being a local I will reveal the best secret that we only locals know. Instead of spending ALOT OF MONEY ON DRINKS stop by any eatery and ask for a cup of water. They will gladly give it to you. Many people attend daily. Don’t worry that it will be overcrowded. It’s a huge park. On the down site it’s a little expensive. If you are not happy with something they will hear you and help you. Come and have fun.

This was the best experience I had in a long time at a water park. Being a bit heavy there is always the fear that something will get broke it you get on it. The tube was sturdy, and I felt comfortable enjoying my summer fun at Water Country.
