"Water Country USA - Great Experience"
August, 2016
Great time at Water Country. Family friendly with something for all ages - separate areas for families with small children, giant rides/slides and wave pool for the older kids and adults, comfortable distances between slides, and a great lazy river to relax in and float around. My kids would rather go there than to other amusement parks.

"Fantastic Family Fun"
August, 2016
Water Country was great. The entire family from 6 years to 66 years old enjoyed the park. It was clean, safe, and well maintained. I loved the multi use pass, so we could enjoy a little bit each day. I would definitely take the entire family back!

"Easy and effective. Saved lots of money."
August, 2016
I wondered at first if the discounts were too good to be true, but after looking up reviews on the internet I decided the company is authentic. We saved a lot of money on tickets for our family of 5. The money we saved on tickets went toward the pricey parking lot and lockers at the park, along with some of the lunch. I would buy tickets through them again. Why pass on saving money?

We always enjoy going to water country. Kids can just go around where they want and parents can sit in shade read a book and enjoy the sights. Normally they come check in after every ride so I can keep track of them. Some of the food can be shared like chicken tenders

It was an extremely busy day as it was HOT! Long lines and kind of slow. Shade is hard to come by and if you don't get there right as it opens forget about finding a chair for the rest of the day. My teenage daughter had a razor cut on her leg/ankle from the day before and we covered it well but it came off during a ride. It was bleeding profusely and by the time we got to the first aid office it was all over her foot and flip flops. They took us right away and as a healthcare provider I was absolutely appalled that the "RN" (as her nametag indicated) did not use gloves, used a dry gauze pad and kept pulling it off and it started to bleed again everytime. She used paper towels to wipe blood off her foot and flip flop as well as the floor since she didn't even put her foot on anything except the cement floor. Then after wiping the floor she proceeded to touch gauze and my daughter's wound. I finally asked her for some gauze and to put some saline on it and told her we would hold it on until it stopped bleeding. Then I asked her for a large bandaid and they only had small ones. At least she gave us some antibiotic ointment to put on it. Worst of all she didn't wash her hands before or after touching my daughter's bloody leg!!! I saw an EMT come in and look at us and raised his eyebrows and keep on walking! I looked around and there wasn't a box of gloves in site not even on the walls. This park really needs to review their universal precautions and ensure that their "licensed healthcare providers" are following them. They also need to know how to clean up blood as those bloody gauze pads went in a trashcan with a bloody paper towels, no biohazard bags for this stuff. Of course my daughter developed a staph infection within 2 days but that's from water exposure to open wound which I expected and is not uncommon. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR INFECTION CONTROL POLICIES AND ENFORCE YOUR STANDARD AND UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS .
