Virginia’s largest water park, Water Country USA near the Busch Gardens theme park offers state-of-the-art water rides and resort-style amenities in an ideal Williamsburg location. Guests to the 43-acre park can enjoy a number of attractions, including a free-floating river ride, a high-energy water playground, a relaxing wave pool, winding water slides, exciting tube rides and more.
It's one of the better water parks I've been to. The lines can be long, but what amusement/water park doesn't have long lines. There's typical amusement/water park food stands to choose from here, and as always the prices are a little high, but that's expected. If you want a choice seat at any attraction arrive early. Place gets crowded and with the close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg the masses keep showing up and the park stays busy for the majority of the season.
MKe sure you spend the day!, Fun fun fun, great and clean places to eat. Nice place to relax as an adult and let the kids go on the lazy river ride on rock n roll island. Festive and relating, imaginative slides, rides and waterfalls
Rides are a lot of fun, but they can never accomodate the amount of people that visit this place. They have lots of room between rides, so they could easily expland. I hope that they do, because the wait time is awful. Thankfully there is shade in most of the lines. Make sure you wear water shoes or your feet will be super tender and in pain from all of the walking on rough and hot sidewalks. Water shoes are a must!
I love this park. We have came here every year for 15 years. Its a clean park. It gets a little crowded at times. Limes for slides can get long during the day but if you wait till the crowd leaves you can usually run up and down every slide a few times the last few hours they are open. Only bad thing is their food is pricey and not that tasty. Its best to pack lunch and eat in the picnic area outside the park.
